Destacker feeder

Designed and developed a tandem press line and a transfer press line destacker feeder.
This machine destacks the pile of sheets and feeds them to a press machine one by one within positional accuracy of 2 mm. Sheet feed speed 2 m/sec and capable of feeding up to 18 sheets per minute.
I was the lead designer and project manager for these projects. Installation and commissioning were done under my guidance and leadership.
